A Teaching American History blog?

I am not quite sure how blogs work, or if they work. They certainly
have great press and so much buzz that they have become a cliche.
Still, one wonders if they cannot be useful for project management. In
this case, can we manage Rivers, Roads, & Rails more effectively
with a blog. Is this a way to tie the community along the CanalWay into
our project? Or, perhaps, to make transparent the planning and research
process of our work? We shall see. This is the first step.
